Offered by New Life CPR TC this course meets the CA State regulations for childcare providers and teaches infant/child/adult CPR & First Aid techniques as well as the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

About the event
This CPR/First Aid class covers age birth-adult, though the emphasis is placed on pediatric ages cared for in child care programs. During CPR training participants practice life-saving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation techniques and care for choking, using mannequin dolls. First Aid teaches injury prevention and how to respond to emergencies and accidents.
Wear comfortable clothes, you will be practicing seated on the floor while holding mannequins.
You will receive a two-year certification after completion of the class!
