There is a class on the calendar, that is not on the registry, the Provider Support Brigade.  This class will be ongoing and will not require a sign-up to attend.  We will send out additional information about this class as the date gets closer.

CPR/FIRST AID and AED classes ARE BACK starting in September 2021

 

Our "IN HOUSE" CPR/First Aid and AED English and Spanish classes are starting in September 2021.

 

Please check the schedule and safe your spot by registering as soon as possible.

Pediatric CPR/First Aid Classes 

This 8-hour course should meet the California State Regulations for child care providers and teaches Infant/Child/Adult CPR/ First Aid and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

 

In CPR participants practice life-saving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and care for choking on manikins.

 

First Aid teaches injury prevention and how to respond to emergencies and accidents.

This class covers age birth to adult, though emphasis is placed on pediatric ages cared for in child care programs. You’ll receive a two year certification, after completion of class.
